Marshal Biegel is a retired police lieutenant having served for over 22 years in the New York City Police Department. He is a former United States Marine as well as a graduate from both the John Jay College of Criminal Justice and the FBI National Academy. In 2007, he was appointed to the position of New York City Marshal by then Mayor Michael Bloomberg.
His office manager, Patricia, is a former bank investigator who was a supervisor in the Criminal Investigations Bureau of the New York State Banking Department for over nine years. Prior to that, she was a criminal investigator at both the New York State Attorney General’s and the Manhattan District Attorney’s Offices.
Together, they oversee a professional and knowledgeable staff ready to help you collect both your personal and business judgments through garnishments, bank levies, property levies, and asset auctions. The office is equipped with the latest, most up-to-date computer software, allowing us to assist you in the most expeditious and thorough manner possible.
Marshal Biegel’s office is conveniently located in Midtown Manhattan near Penn Station, Grand Central Station, and The Path train. He has complete jurisdiction throughout all five boroughs of New York City. In addition, he has the authority to enforce Supreme Court judgments from any county in all of New York State. All incoming cases are processed immediately and with great attention to detail.
